On this private chauffeured tour you will head south-west from Florence to SIENA , one of Italy's most captivating cities, with its concentration of Medieval and Gothic architecture. Upon arrival in Siena, you will start a walking private guided visit of the old city centre with a licensed, professional English speaking guide who will accompany you to all of Siena's monuments to be visited on this custom excursion tour: walking along the narrow medieval streets , you will admire the splendid Cathedral where you can visit the marvellous interior including the Libreria Piccolomini . The tour will continue to Piazza del Campo , where the famous Palio horse race is held twice a year, overlooked by imposing Palazzo del Comune (exterior). Free time to stroll around the city on your own, have lunch, or shop. Siena has many specialty shops for the great shopping around the square and in the main street called Via Banchi di Sopra.
