General conditions

ACCORD Srl is a fully licensed Tour Operator and Travel Agency based in Italy, covered by insurance policy n 172779 by Mondial Assistance. ACCORD Srl is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, or death. The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by ACCORD Srl, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, etc.

Refunds on unused services
ACCORD Srl cannot refund a client for services that he/she has decided not to utilize. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the scheduled time or to clients who lose contact with the guide or do not complete the excursion.

Cancellation by ACCORD Srl

We reserve the right to cancel the trip without any penalty in case of circumstances beyond our control and when the minimum number of participants, specified in the tour program is not reached. In this case the client will be completely reimbursed only of the sum paid. ACCORD Srl is not responsible for additional expenses that may be incurred by a client in relation to a cancelled tour (i.e. flights, hotels etc).

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Also we recommend a medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belonging.

Disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we can not settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court.

Complaints
Any complaint must be communicated in writing to Accord within 10 business days after the date of the tour.

If you cancel a reservation, we apply the following cancellation fees:
Regular tours
no charge until 48hrs prior to tour departure;
no reimbursement less than 48hrs
