· Timed entry applies only to Bargello Museum. For all other sites, you’ll have 72 hours to visit freely within regular opening hours.

· Please remember to keep your Dome ticket safe as it is a combined pass and you will need it to enter all the other included sites. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.

· To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.

· For security reasons, all entrances of the Duomo Complex have the security check.

· Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket lines, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check required for access to Bargello Museum. During peak times, the security line may take about 10-15 minutes.

· Please note the following museum closures: the Bargello National Museum, Medici Chapels, and Orsanmichele are closed on Tuesdays; Palazzo Davanzati is closed on Mondays; and Casa Martelli - where booking is required - is only open on Tuesdays and Saturdays

· On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone.
