ACCORD Srl is a fully licensed Tour Operator and Travel Agency based in Italy and covered by an appropriate insurance policy. ACCORD Srl is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to luggage, or death of the client, nor for delays, schedule changes or inconveniences caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters or exceptional weather conditions.
Booked services that the client does not use are non‑refundable. No refund is granted to clients who fail to arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time, lose contact with the guide, or do not complete the excursion or tour.
ACCORD Srl reserves the right to cancel any tour without penalties in case of force majeure or when the minimum number of participants specified in the program is not reached. In such cases, the client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the tour, but any additional expenses incurred independently, such as flights, transfers or accommodation, will not be reimbursed.
Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control, as well as medical and personal insurance for healthcare expenses, loss or damage of luggage and personal belongings.
The contract between the client and ACCORD Srl is governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Italian courts.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to ACCORD within 10 business days from the date of the tour or service used.
For regular tours, cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time; no refund is provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or in case of no‑show.
For private tours, cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time; no refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or in case of no‑show.
