Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. We invite you to go to the Dome of Brunelleschi's Door, also known as the Almond Door, located on the left side of the Cathedral in Piazza del Duomo 15r, opposite the Lindt chocolate shop. There you will meet our staff, who will be wearing a yellow vest with the word “ACCORD” on it
· Please have your confirmation voucher ready for a seamless experience.
· Please follow the dress code, appropriate for a place of worship: clothing must cover both shoulders and knees. Access is not allowed with exposed shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length.
· Re-entry is not permitted.
· Please note that your tickets allow for timed entry to Brunelleschi’s Dome so failure to match the entry time with the booking date and time may result in refusal of access to the monument.
· Timed entry applies only to Brunelleschi’s Dome. For all other sites, you’ll have 72 hours to visit freely within regular opening hours.
· Please remember to keep your Dome ticket safe as it is a combined pass and you will need it to enter all the other included sites. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
· To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.
· For security reasons, all entrances to the Duomo Complex have metal detectors.
· Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket lines, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check required for access to the Duomo Complex. During peak times, the security line may take about 10-15 minutes.
· The Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and during religious ceremonies.
· The Opera del Duomo Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month for maintenance.
· The Baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the mosaics on the vault, which are not visible at this time.
· Our Audioguide is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, and Greek.
· ACCORD cannot be held responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the experience may be subject to modifications without prior notice.
Admission tickets to the Duomo Complex of Florence included in the Brunelleschi Pass (Brunelleschi’s Dome, Giotto’s Bell Tower, Baptistery, Opera del Duomo Museum, and Santa Reparata) are non-refundable and non-modifiable under the official ticketing terms. As a result, once your booking is confirmed, the activity cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason, including schedule changes or no-shows.
