Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. We invite you to meet the guide, who will be wearing an identification badge, in front of the Old Gate of the Orphanage of Bigallo
· Please have your confirmation voucher ready for a seamless experience.
· Please follow the dress code, appropriate for a place of worship: clothing must cover both shoulders and knees. Access is not allowed with exposed shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length.
· Holders of tickets that guarantee access to any monument in the Piazza Duomo complex must leave luggage exceeding the permitted dimensions at the Luggage Storage (Piazza Duomo 38/r) before the start time of the visit. Visitors with prohibited items will not be allowed entry. The storage service is free and included in the ticket price.
· The Giotto's Bell Tower climb are not suitable for pregnant women, people with mobility problems, cardiovascular diseases, claustrophobia and vertigoes.
· Comfortable shoes are recommended.
· Re-entry is not permitted.
· Please note that your tickets allow for timed entry to Giotto's Bell Tower so failure to match the entry time with the booking date and time may result in refusal of access to the monument.
· Timed entry applies only to Giotto's Bell Tower. For all other sites, you’ll have 72 hours to visit freely within regular opening hours.
· Please remember to keep your Giotto's Bell Tower ticket safe as it is a combined pass and you will need it to enter all the other included sites. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
· To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.
· For security reasons, all entrances of the Duomo Complex have the security check.
· Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket lines, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check required for access to the Duomo Complex. During peak times, the security line may take about 10-15 minutes.
· The Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and during religious ceremonies.
· The Opera del Duomo Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month for maintenance.
· The Baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the mosaics on the vault, which are not visible at this time.
· The experience is available in Italian and English.
