· Timed entry applies only to Uffizi Gallery. For all other sites, you’ll have 5 days to visit freely within regular opening hours.

· Please remember to keep your Uffizi Gallery ticket safe as it is a combined pass and you will need it to enter all the other included sites. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.

· To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.

· For security reasons, entrances to Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens have metal detectors.

· Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket lines, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check required for access to Uffizi Gallery. During peak times, the security line may take about 10-15 minutes.

· Our Uffizi Gallery Audio App is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian, and Greek.

· On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone.
