· Entry time may be delayed by 15 to 30 minutes depending on availability.

· Your ticket grants access only at the scheduled date and time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

· To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays over five minutes may result in denied access.

· Please follow the dress code, appropriate to enter the Cathedral: clothing must cover both shoulders and knees. Access is not allowed with exposed shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length.

· Dogs are not permitted in the monuments, regardless of size or transport method. Only certified guide dogs are allowed for guests with disabilities.

· Climbing the Tower is not allowed for children under 8. Ages 8 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

· The Tower has 297 steps and no elevator. The climb is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues, heart conditions, or for those who are pregnant.

· A Tower visit lasts approximately 30 minutes.

· All bags, metal items, and containers must be stored at the cloakroom at Piazza del Duomo 21, located about 80 meters from the Tower entrance.

· Due to high demand, your chosen time may be adjusted. If necessary, you will receive a nearby available slot.

· Entry time may be delayed by 15 to 30 minutes depending on availability.
