Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth and timely start to your experience. The meeting location is Piazza di Madonna degli Aldobrandini, near the newspaper kiosk and the 99 Cents shop. Look out for our tour leader, who will be waiting there to welcome you and begin your tour.

Arrive at the Uffizi Gallery 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. Look for our on-site staff wearing bright yellow vests with "ACCORD" written on them. They will be located at the corner of Door No. 3 and Via Lambertesca, right by the Benvenuto Cellini statue. Once you locate our staff, they will provide you with your tickets. Afterward, you can enter through Door No. 1 to start your audio-guided tour with our local expert.

Know before to go

· Please have your confirmation voucher ready for a seamless experience.

· The tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it involves walking on uneven surfaces and uphill sections.
· To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry. Our on-site staff can be easily recognized by their yellow vests with "ACCORD" written on them.

· Comfortable shoes are recommended

· Re-entry is not permitted.

Informations

· Please note that your Uffizi Gallery tickets allow for timed entry to the gallery so failure to match the entry time with the booking date and time may result in refusal of access to the monument.

· To avoid crowds, please arrive on time. Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry.

· For security reasons, security check is in place at the entrance.

· Your ticket allows you to skip the ticket lines, but please note that there is still a mandatory security check required for access to Uffizi Gallery. During peak times, the security line may take about 10-15 minutes.

· Our City Walking Tour and Uffizi Gallery Audio Guides are available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian, and Greek.

· On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone.

· ACCORD cannot be held responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the experience may be subject to modifications without prior notice.

Cancellation policies

Admission tickets to the Uffizi Gallery are non-refundable and non-modifiable under the official ticketing terms. As a result, once your booking is confirmed, the activity cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason, including schedule changes or no-shows.
